I received a letter from hte head manager saying that my car was in high demand and that he wanted the car back, and they will pay for the remaining of the lease, I called, I went to speak to one of the finance guys, In a matter of minutes they had a contract ready for me, they told me that they will not give me back my leased car because I put to many miles on it and the situation was gonna get worse for me. I signed contract number one, they give me the car, I then received a call stating that there was an error in the contract and we needed to sign another contract, I then told them ok, I wanted them to lower the payments because I couldn't affor it, they lowered the payment and corrected the error, I then signed it again with my daughter being the cosigner. The next day I received a call again, stating that the bank did not want my daughter in the contract so I had to go again and sign papers, ok, I did... I ask them to lower down the payments, this time they were going to give me a 2008 lexus, the payments got lowered but I saw on the contract that they were charging me the payoff balance on my original lexus and I told them I was not gonna pay for my original lexus... I told them bring me back original car back and they said okay, they will bring it back, It's been three Mondays ago, they keep telling me they will have it, and they don't. I was yelled at my the staff, herrassed by one of the managers. and finger pointed at too.
