I recently made a booking with Ryanair flying from London (Stansted) to Bratislava(Vienna) on June 2009. The flight was scheduled to depart at 06.25am. I arrived at check-in Desk at 04.20am, give them all my baggage and dealt with my check in. The flight was scheduled at 06.25am, so after the check in I made my way to the security control Departure Gates entrances. I still enough time for entering the plane, so I just relaxed in the waiting area. The plane did not have any delays and we arrived in Bratislava on scheduled time. In Bratislava's waiting area for baggage I had luck-my baggage arrived straight from the beginning. My big concern come at home, when I opend my baggage and find some of my things missing!!!!Especially all my expensive jewelry. I know that I put all my jewelry in the zipped pockets inside a bag. I nearly had a shock, when I found out that all my expensive things WAS STOLEN-from my bag by one of their staff who is handling the baggage's. My Swarovski earrings, gold watch and gold bracelet-those things are so important to me. And I could not believe that their people help themselves by stealing my staff!!!It dosen't give them a right to do that. What kind of workers do they have there?
As soon as a land back to London from Bratislava a wanted to complaint. But I could not, becouse my flight was delayd and we arrived on the airport quite late and nobady was there to assist me. So I call them the following day, but been advised that they can not help me-i need to contact the head office in Dublin. But they are very clever-there is not contact number, just fax and postal address. I am still waiting for their reply. I just have one question for them-Do they really know, what is going on under their nose???
