Buick Complaint

I purchased a "new" Buick Enclave 7/31/2010 after I had the car around 6 weeks I went to clean out the back of the car and discovered all the metal under my 3rd row was rusted. No one can explain why and I am outraged. They are offering to replace the metal but I bought a new car not a refurbished one. I think they should refund me. I have great pictures. It is a health hazzard to have rust where children put their feet.
