Pathmark Complaint

On two days back to back shopping at pathmark on rt 13 in the self checkout, when I put my cards number in it would not go in. So the employees a man on Tuesday and a woman on Wednesday working the self checkout used their cards and it went in but the points did not register. I went to customer service and was told their is nothing they can do, my two purchases in those two days was $119.83 which would have giving me 119 points. On Tuesday the man who help me also help other customers. Bottom line is when going throuhg self checkout we as customers are being rip off.
