I bought a 1998 Buick Lesabre of Rt.14 Notors in Pembrockr MA. for 4914 dollars. It had 63,000 miles on it. The Owner Mark said that the check engine light was on because of a faulty transmission torque converter.
The car failed inspection because the check engine light was on. He said that he would have his mechanic check it out, He said that he replaced the transmission fluid. He erased the code so that the car would pass inspection and be sold it to me without ever fixing the transmission torque converter.
He the owner Mark lied to me. Less than 4000 miles later the
transmission failed. I am a retired school teacher and my wife is disabled.
The car failed while we were on our 36TH Wedding Anniversary in NH.This Lemon ruined our vacation and cost me almost two thousand dollars in repairs and rental fees. He had his mechanic erase the codes so that the car would pass inspection without ever being repaired.
