When shopping at this store, don't believe the sale signs. Clothes are grouped under sale signs, many items exactly alike, and yet at the register they ring up at the regular price - usually twice as much as the sale price. Items on the shelves situated under a sale price are rung up at the register with the price listed on the item - once again, usually twice the sale price. Bringing this problem to the manager's attention will not remedy the situation. He obviously is unaware that this practice is illegal.
How many people are paying more for their purchases than planned? How many don't discover the overcharge before leaving the store? How long has this been a practice of this store and how much longer will it be allowed to continue?
