Quality Roofing of Florida Complaint

I contracted Quality Roofing of Florida (QRF) to install a new roof for a new residential construction. The horror:

1. None of the laborers spoke English
2. They walked off the job numerous times
3. QRF abandoned the job for 8+ months
4. The roof leaks. When they came to look at it, they sent me an invoice for $616 (what happened to the warranty?). They did absolutely nothing other than a visual inspection during a 15 minute visit
5. Their Customer Service Rep cursed at me on the phone
6. When I called to complain about the roof installation delays, they hung up the phone on me

So now I have a brand new leaking roof with no warranty--- a vist is $616... I probably have to give them my left arm to fix the roof leak.
