My name is Jarvis Henry, I live at 1560 20th street Sarasota, Florida 34234. My roof has been leaking water for about 3 months in about 5 or 6 spots. I have a cup sitting on my dresser in my room where the water is leaking. There is 3 holes in the roof from where the water has leaked and leaked. My grandchildren has had several falls where the water has leaked onto the floor. I have spoke to my landlord Bob Hitt several of times about this matter and all he tells me is that hes coming to fix it and never come. On July 2 2010 at approximately 3 am the roof caved in where there is a big hole in the ceiling its all over my furniture all over the floor, I have tried to call him about 8 or 9 times this morning, no answer. I have never been behind in my rent or late. But every Friday he is here to pick up his rent.
