I have been making weekly/bi-weekly payments for oil deliveries, coming down to the end of contract (11th month) - they stop delivery and sent me to collections after all balance was paid off. My file with Romanelli & Son was sent to Jules H. Rosenberg, ESQ (Smithtown, NY) - to show up at the District Court in Nassau county to settle a $1705.84 for not paying each oil delivery within that month, that I void the contract for not paying within the month of the oil delivery. While they were collecting my money - on one said anything to me that I have to make payments within the same month of delivery. I tried to reach Mike (the representative that I signed the contract with) for the last 4 Months, left messages and he never returned my calls and the girls that answer the phones said they give him the messages. I was out of work when I signed the contract and was making payments to get oil for my 2 year old daughter.
