Robostir Complaint

Saw the commercial advertising the robostir. It looked like an interesting product, so I called to place an order for buy one, get two for ten dollars, plus shipping for the two, at 6.99 apiece. I was on the phone for a good 20 minutes, because they try to sell you everything from jewelry, to tools, so I started to get leary, so I just hung up. Well, two weeks later, I look at my account online, and was charged $75.oo!!! Then, I surfed the web for any customer feedback, and there's a TON of complaints that are similar, or worse than mine!!!! Please help me to get a refund, and warn others about this scam of a product!!!
