I pay over $300 per week for a filthy unit and to be harassed and abused by the staff. I cannot go into details about the staff as they are already out to get me and I'm afraid of what might happen if they found out about this. I will tell you that I've never been treated so poorly by the staff of a hotel in my entire life! They are trashy, vulgar people, with no concern whatsoever for their residents. The unit we moved into was filthy and took me an entire day to scrape off the crud that had obviously been neglected for months. The toilette that had the "For Your Protection" strip attached to the lid, still had feces in it from the last resident. We had a situation with one of the staff and when we reported him, the matter only worsened for us. We are new to the area and have only been employed for a short time. We feel trapped in this hell. I looked up some reviews from some other Budget Suites as we thought that maybe if we moved to a different one, things would be better. But most of the reviews from all the other locations appear to be the same or similar. Is it criteria for a job here to be a psycho? I have looked for a corporate office to file a formal complaint about the staff here. But I cannot seem to find anything. Maybe you guys can help. Someone needs to do something about these people. I'm sure the owner is interested in knowing that his hotels are being run by lunatics! I will be happy to give you the details of my story if you want to contact me in person.
