I went to a dentist for an emergency consultation after trauma to my mouth. I agreed to the surgery after being pressured to do so and applied for a loan while in his office. After leaving his office I changed my mind about the surgery and called the credit card company to cancel the loan. They said they would NOT process the loan!! The next morning the credit card company called the dentist and the dentist told them that he had started treatment on me and the credit card company sent him the money. This dentist HAS NOT done any surgery on me but REFUSES to send the money back to the credit card company. He even charged me $4,000 for a MISSED appointment that I never even had. Another dentist has records that can prove he did not do the surgery. This dentist is lying about this and I need help with this situation. To me this is consumer fraud!!!!!!!!!
