R&L Home Improvements [names removed] has been scamming customers by taking money upfront and spending it on shopping sprees and drugs instead of buying supplies to get the work done.
When it comes to the home owners attention,very little has been done and the money is all gone and R&L Improvements say they need more to buy more supplies and pay his workers.He makes false promises to his workers that they are getting paid good money but in the end they see very little money or nothing because the work stops cause there is no money left to finish the work.The home owners are left with very little being done and their money gone and have to hire someone else to finish the work and thats even if they have any left.
I know of one family who trusted R/L Constructions to build a room addition on their home ripped them off and left them with the room not even finished it took them months to figure out how to finish it with no money left.
Thank god their church came together and earned the money and they helped them to finish the room.
