Purchased a 99 Saturn in 09/08. Started having issues with car. Small at first. Would die for no reason. So I took it back and they claimed to fix it. The car ran for a little longer and now more problems. This last time they told me it was a crank Sensor? Car has no power, cuts out when you get it up into speeds of 30-50mph. Has a winding sound under the hood that was not there before. Took the car in and the dealer is calling me every name in the book. Accusing me of lying. Saying there is nothing wrong with the car..that I just do not want to pay for it. I have not missed a payment! I am a single female that is getting ripped off. I asked if I could pick up the car and take it to a mech and have it properly diagnosed and was told NO! So now I am without a car that I am making payments on and the dealer is getting away with it. I contacted the BBU on them, but that has only made they more hostile towards me. I just want the car fixed, replaced, or a refund. It took me 6 months to save up the down payment for that car. NOW what do I do? HELP! STUCK IN FERRIS TEXAS! It is sad that during times like these that there are people out there that do this to the hard working folks like us. DO NOT BUY FROM AJ AUTO GROUP IN FERRIS, TEXAS! SPREAD THE NEWS!
