Timeshares Only Complaint

I paid 498.0 To timeshares only to sell my timeshare, the TV add states they sell more timeshares than anyone else.

They told me it could take 1-3 up to 12 months, it's been
3.5 Years, I have called and talked to them but they don't seem to care so I asked to be reimbursed but they said it's not their policy. At this point I don't know what to do.
