We have spent around $40,000 to $50,000 or more at Home depot in Valdosta Ga. I special ordered 3 marble sinks when I got them all the holes were in the wrong spot Twice! Then we special ordered all the faucets. we bought a whirlpool tub and ask the girl to order us a faucet for it to match all the others. She said oh, you need one like I have. it has a wide mouth and looks cool when the water flows out. I said ok order it. She knew what whirlpool tub we bought as she helped us with it. When we got faucet it didn't fit tub. I told her and she said ...Her Exact words ... Well but thats what you wanted! I said, did you even check to see what size the tub needed? needless to say... They didn't have that kind to fit my tub. I said what can I do now. it mached all the other special order faucets I bought. She said I would have to get the right whirlpool tub I asked how much more she said $1,000. I just about died. Then we ordered Wood spiral stairs. I was in Mayo clinic Hospital when they were installed. The girl even showed me pictures of them. When I came home they were UGLY black metel. I called the manager... He said well thats what you ordered! I told him No I ordered wood spirals. He said, well she said this is what you wanted. They won't take them back! we didn't even want a refund, just exchange for other things we needed. sence I talked to him we contacted corporate in Atlanta. But they lied to them and said thats what we ordered. I have sence found the papers of the spiral stairs we were suppose to get... Low and Behold the girl that took our order signed them and there IS a picture of the stairs we were suppose to get. I just want everyone aware of how they lie to get out of being Fired. even the manager. whom only listened to his employer who was wrong. They would be stuck with $3,000 spirals they couldn't sell because they were custom sized. So I guess when you pay for something and they make a mistake us the customer has to pay anyway! Could someone Please Help me! we are a Christian couple in our 60s we are raising grand children and would just like someone to be Fair and Honest and say they are wrong when they are.
