On June 24,2011. I bid on a Kindle. It took all of my accumulated bids but I finally won the auction. I was directed to the payment page and paid the 60.00 After a couple weeks of not hearing anything from Bidrack, I looked up my auction stats. It showed that I had won a watch but nothing was mentioned about the Kindle. I checked my bank account and the money had been deducted from my account. I called the support number and was told that someone would be calling me. A few days later I called again and was told again that someone would be calling me. A couple hours later I finally got the call. I was told that I had not won a Kindle and further more I could not prove it. He told me that I had purchased more bids for the 60.00 and that was what the 60.00 had been for So he said he would give me a hundred bids back to try again. I told him that I was very disappointed and I hung up the phone. When I tried to log on the website I found out My account had been closed and I couldn't log on to even try again. I tried emailing them a couple times but it was never addressed again.
