Approximatly 5 weeks ago today I purchased a 4 wheel drive vehicle from my local cchevy dealer that was used and needed a few repairs. I rushed around that night to finance the vehicle, because of the cold weather and chance of snow that night. As I said earlier that was 5 weeks ago, since then I have received every possible excuse as to the extreme delay in the repair of the items that were written on the "due bill" and signed the night I financed the vehicle and signed the contract. And to add insult to injury the entire reason they have the vehicle is because thee radiator blew on my way to work on the first day I drove the vehicle. This resulted in a missed day of work and when I consulted B and L assured me that they would "take care" of the tow bill. I have called the dealership every few days since thanksgiving, when it failed to get me to work on day 1, I've been told they are waiting on parts more times than I know, and was promised my vehicle at least 10 different days..one time I called they were actually waiting for new bolts because their "certified" mechanic snapped the old ones off! I was straight forward and told them I needed a vehicle for the winter, now its 5 weeks later and I have yet to use my winter vehicle in 1 of the last 15snow storms!! They also never payed the tow, and now I'm about to make my first monthes payment on a vehicle I have yet to drive, plus because there was a due bill listing what they would fix they claim I cannot pick my vehicle up until all of the bill is paid in full for the radiator that blew the first day I had the vehicle. I'm at my witts end and can't imagine how many more days of false promises are to come, but at the rate its going I'm pulling for next winter, any help would be much appreciated!!!
