Jtv Complaint

I purchased a chololate diamond ring from jewlery television in October. I wore it Christmas and a stone fell out of it. I sent it back to jTV to be fixed, and they sent it back to me saying it was passed the 30days since I had bought it. I paid $500.00 For that ring. They should have fixed it. Now I have a very expensive ring and can not wear it. I would like to get it fixed or my money returned. This is not the only ring I have bought that the stones have fallen out. Almost every ring I buy from jTV, the stones fall out. This is bad business if you ask me. Something needs to be done so they will fix there products or go out of business. Thank you pat branch.
