12:21 PM (ET) DJ called me back had asked if I was ready for an engine to which I replied hell yes since April when I first bought it. He also said he was in a meeting and that he would call me back after 2 P.M. Central time. He never did call me back.

1:48 PM (ET) I texted DJ [337-275-1251} as per his request the mechanics address information. Also texted him my email address as a contact while on vacation.
1:37 PM (ET) I called DJ [337-275-1251] he said he was waiting on engine from Oregon. I reminded him of our European trip from July 19-Aug.3. I also told him to go ahead and ship the engine in our absence to the mechanic only if the engine was suitable and within the adequate compression range. I also asked if he still had the mechanics address, to which he replied to text it to him just in case.

12:55 PM (ET) I called DJ told him 10-20 lbs. of compression loss is not suitable, that the loss would lead to future engine misfire. I also informed him of our European vacation between July 19 - Aug. 3. He told me he would call me back and “Take Care Of Me”.
12:37 PM (ET) I called DJ [337-275-1251] he told me that the engine they had for us was tested and within range but cylinder 3 losses between 10-20 lbs of compression. Wanted to hear back from me because he had another engine in Colorado but it would cost him more in fuel fees.

3:57 PM (ET) DJ called me back said he got off the phone with Dallas where they are running tests on the engine he wants to send to us. He also said he would call me back by tomorrow (Saturday).
3:00 PM (ET) I called DJ [337-275-1251] he said that he is waiting to hear back from Dallas with the compression tests to ship the engine and will call me back within the hour.

12:57 PM (ET) I called Miguel and gave him the address to ship the intake and throttle body.
12:53 PM (ET) DJ called me back with the address to ship the missing items: Premium Auto Parts, 1775 N. Chicago St., Salt Lake City, Utah 84116. DJ told me that there is a $130 shipping charge and I responded by how wrong that is and that policy is not stated on the invoice.
12:42 PM (ET) I called and spoke to Adrine and informed her of the whereabouts of the missing items and told her that they could send the replacement engine without the missing items. She connected me with DJ and he told me that the picked up engine tested at 160 during the compression check. He also told me he needed the intake and throttle body returned before they could give me credit for the core.
12:38 PM (ET) I spoke to Miguel he said that in his haste to accommodate Triple A Auto Group pick up schedule they left the intake and throttle body out when they packed the engine.
12:26 PM (ET) I called [800-931-2041] Adrine answered, she said the faulty Triple A Auto engine returned did not have the intake and throttle body. She also said she spoke to Dina yesterday and informed her of the missing items. She told me she attempted to call Miguel the mechanic.

2:19 PM (PT) Dina calls Triple A Auto spoke with Adrine, Dina informs her that the engine was ready for pick up and Adrine stated that she would reschedule pick up for Monday, May 16, 2011. Also Dina provided Adrine with Miguel’s fax number: 559-733-0219 for her to fax over the necessary paperwork.
2:10 PM (PT) Dina calls Miguel to ask if anyone had contacted him from Triple A Auto in regards to the pick up of the engine and he stated no.

1:56 PM (PT) Dina calls Triple A Auto and again at 3:42 PM (PT) no answer.
11:09 AM (PT) Dina calls Triple A Auto no answer, left a voicemail message stating that I spoke with Miguel and he would have the engine ready for pick up within 30 minutes.
11:05 AM (PT) Dina calls Triple A Auto and again at 11:07 AM (PT) no answer.
11:01 AM (PT) Dina calls Miguel and informed him to get the engine crated and ready for pick and he stated he would have it ready within 30 minutes as per Adrine’s request.

6:50 PM (ET) [800-931-2041] I called and talked to DJ and told him that the engine is crated and ready for pick up. I asked about the core and he told me to have that ready and call him back when it is ready.
12:15 PM (ET) [800-931-2041] Adrine called me and told me that the driver could not pick up the engine because it was not on a crate. I told her that I would call Miguel and relay that message to him.

3:53 PM (ET) Adrine called me and informed that the truck driver had arrived at Miguels but was not able to load the engine because he did not have an engine lift. Also Miguel didn’t have the engine out of Dina’s car.
12:52 PM (ET) I called Adrine and informed her that Miguel will be awaiting her call.
12:39 PM (ET) Adrine called me back because she was not able to get hold of Miguel. After which I called him and then he called me back.
12:31 PM (ET) Adrine [800-931-2041] called me to get Miguel’s phone number so that she could fax him the Bill of Lading, I gave her this phone number.

10:12 AM (ET) DJ called me and informed me that he had a new engine and when could we have the engine that I bought from Triple A Auto Group out of the Chevy Aveo. I replied that I needed to contact Miguel the mechanic in and get back to him.

3:21 PM (ET) I called [877-7241-8245] DJ, he said to have Miguel the mechanic call him in an hour (which I did) because he was at lunch away from his office and that he would get the paperwork ready for the warranty.

I purchased Chevy Aveo engine for $1,283.00 from Triple Auto Group, DJ was the salesperson he advised that $75 was for shipping and that there is a $300 core.
