I am going to do the best with this as I can. I am a (58)Yr. old man with one granddaguther. My wife past away in the 12 month of o7. We was in a bankruptey which I completed in o8.during this time I hade a sit back Due to the lost of my wife. But my payment was made. But at the same time I was ask if I would like to try a modification which would lower my payment an insterest rate. Did not know that citimortgage would be charging me an addition payment. Never miss one payment while in this modification. BUt was serve with foreclosure paper. Saying iold them a total of 25000 dollar due to none payment. So they or just taking my money for over a yr, of payment an I don, t think thats right. I had to file Bankruptey to keep my house. This is the reason I am writting yuo all. when you go Bankruptey they only add on the addition money. Don, t find out why An I can, t afford to pay another lawer when I have to pay 1,530 dollar a month. Don, t have enough to take me an my granddaugther which is in collage. I can rember when the TV. was very supportive in helping. An I no you all or not a lower but I do know that it can be know to the out side. THE GOVERMENT GAVE THESE BANK MONEY TO COVER ANY INTEREST RATE THAT NEEDED. We needs help if nothing els just let the TV help so many of us I going through the same but let it go. If I was wrong I would let it go but I did everything I was told to do. An there should be a law for the thing they get away with.
