My son had a court date he attended. The cop informed the bailif that there was a warrent against him so they arrested him in front of the judge. When they called his case and he was down stairs, the judge revoked his bond. He had a court date Monday the 7th. They didn't have a record of him having to go to court at the city jail, so he could not appear for another court case. To top that "NONE" of his court apointed attorney for his case has come to the city jail to talk to him about any of his court cases. Peoples first amendment rights are being violated in the City of Richmond every day, when are we going to stop letting them get away with this? When the person is one of your loved ones? I am a mom and will not stop until his rights are restored! All this is a result of my daughter suing them because they violated her rights!
