Rewards With No Reward. - Coke Rewards Promoition

I have been a coke consumer for 15 years and there latest promotion Coke rewards has NOT been very rewarding. I have NOT been able to login to my account and can't find out Why!!!! There have been several complaints but nobody can say WHY? I would like for you to answer this for me. PLEASE!!!!! Thank you.

I have the sam problem. presently I have over 700 points and can not add points or sign in to my account. Even when I pretend to noe know my password so as to have a new one sent to me it does not happen. Susan Wynantskill NY
