I think I must have been one of the very first, that got ripped off by Aaron, Jesse, and Gail! In February 2011, Aaron came to my house in Hope Mills, right outside of Fayetteville in N. C. He talked a good game, retired detective, 40 year gurantee on the metal, and family business also very christian devoted man. Took my down payment 1400.00 dollars and my 21x9 one car garage would be finished in 1 month at the latest( in case of bad weather) I live on disability and had saved to purchase this. After very many phone calls I got my concrete layed in April by Timmys Concrete for the additiomal 1168.00 dollars. After that they promised over and over to be here the next week and never showed! The dumb secretary lied for them repeatly, excuses so lame not even believable; the truck wrecked that my order of metal was on, they had a secretary that was fired because she misplaced all their orders, and had the office in a mess, they found out she was a crackhead,( this is what I was told!) One of their employees house burned down, they were helping him out and got behind, one of the workers ran off with all their money(bank deposit) At last all the crews quit didn't want to work, couldn't get dependable employees, would hire workers and then didn't want to work!BS, BS, BS!!!When Aaron or Jesse came to my house in a white ford truck with Eastern Outdoors Ads. on side of truck he had a female in the truck that didn't get out must have been Gail and I think it was them on crack using our hard earned dollars to furnish their supply. Oh, god it makes me so mad I can't hardly stand it! I have been to the Cumberland County Sheriffs office and talked with Detective who was going to Randolph Co. to issue papers, he was incarcerated at this time, probally til he was bailed out. I also contacted the Attorney General in Raleigh. They called me a week later and asked if my building was up and I said no they will not even answer the phone, he told them my building had been installed! They told me they shut his business down, but thats not good enough, he's good and knows the ropes in ripping people off! Would not answer my calls but my brother called his number and left a message about wanting a new building and he returned his call within 10 minutes. He didn't recognize my brothers phone number and thought he had another sucker!I FIGURED HE WOULD REGROUP AND CHANGE HIS BUSINESS NAME AND CONTINUE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!Has anyone informed the sheriffs office or the attorney general that they were back in business under their new name? Please do this so other innocent people won't give them their money for nothing! I have a big piece of concrete slab laying over there in my yard for 2500.00 and thats all! The detective I talked to said this is now a criminal case but have'nt heard anymore. Should I take them to small claims court too, or am I wasting money doing this since you have to pay. I don't have money to throw away. Their message on their answering machine was have a blessed day; I hope they all have much more then that and get what they deserve!!!
