Investment losses adding up

I invested in Resort Holdings International in March of 2003. Starting in June, 1003, I started receiving my payment as per the contract. That happened for 1 year. Then they changed management companys and from June 2004-Nov. 2004 I finally got my payment each month, with many telephone calls, late payments, etc. They didn't pay anything for December 2004.

In January 2005, they sent me much smaller payments...not at all what was in the contract. Then, they finally quit send me anything at all. I have made call after call,sent emails, and have received nothing as of May 2005.

Who else is having this trouble with this company? I've got a lot of maney invested. This was sold to me as an investment by a financial advisor.

I realize this posting is over a year old, but someone just sent me the link to this site. You may realize by now that RHI is a scam. My father invested a lot of money as well. Michael Kelly, the mastermind behind RHI was intercepted last month by the FBI when he touched foot on US soil in Miami for medical treatment and is being held under numerous charges. He defrauded older people in 7 states of more than $400 Million. There is no real hope of recouping more than pennies on the dollar, but there are a lot of chats going on out there if you look it up on the Internet.

I am affiliated with a law firm that represents investors in schemes like Resort Holdings. We are investigating this scheme and looking for possible avenues for investor recovery. If anyone could point us to a good, detailed source of information (i.e., parties involved, middle-men such as salesmen, brokers, other related parties), as well as more info about the scheme, we'd appreciate it.
