Dear Sir,

We had purchased Salora T. V. some year before. Unfortunately, it did not have been working correctly. So we had called to your service center present in Nagpur (Maharashtra). Your technician has taken more than 3 months for repairing. They had changed the Kit and also body of this T. V.

Still it has got problem. Before a week, we had given complaint of this to yours. But still no action has been taking. So we don’t know what should do?
