I called the manager to assure him payment, I was behind 1 and a half months, on Friday due to tornado warnings I was unable to take my three children including a infant to make payment. My wife works only and she uses vehicle daily from 6am to 7pm. This is our only transportation. On Sunday we physically went to pay aswell as on Monday assuming some 4th of July sale. During which they went to my wifes work place and picked up truck with spare key. The car is close to pay off and it seems they are not letting us have of back So they can resell it. We are willing to pay the amount due and they charge a 300 tow fee for driving it. They are demanding the pay off amount or else we can't get car back. We have no other vehicle. Can anyone help us.
