First of all, this company is a major JOKE!!! I am not from "The Beautiful State of Washingston" but to be rip-off by a car rental service has never happened to me before until I did business with this company. When I arrived in SeaTac I request a rental car and I was referred to this scam/fraud company by an employee of Avis. I original intended to rent a car from Avis but was turned down. Anyway I rented a car from "Everyone Rents-A-Car" located at 16256 Military Rd S. Seatac, WA 98188. The manager May told me the told for renting the car was 69.99/day and I only rented the car for 2 days. I give her my dedit card thinks that is was going to charged me for the amount we agreed on. She didn't give me a receipt and I kept asking for a receipt for my confirmation. She told me that they was going to mail my receipt to me. That didn't make any since to me at all. I didn't want to argue with the lady because I had a flight to catch. So, the next day I checked my account just to find out the company took $350 dollars out my account. When I made a complaint at this to the manager she kept hanging up in my face. Which I thought was very unprofessional. That's not the way you conduct business. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and made a complaint against this company. I don't want anyone to experience the treatment. This company needs to be out of business. I truly thinks this company targets out of town people. Stay away from this company.
