Stay at the facility above and found that the bed and lined was infested with bed lice and was bitten. Reported the problem to the Manager-on-duty which sent an untrained person to take photos and record the incident. She informed me to report to Emergency Room and forward the bill accordingly. The hotel refused to pay the bill and never even apologized for the ordeal. The Emergency room bill was hand-delivered to the General Manager of the hotel via the front desk clerk. The General Manager never call but I was able to contact the hotel's Negotiator which informed me that their investigation revealed that no one stayed in that room recently,therefore, the bugs must have fallen from the guest, which was myself.
They also fabricated an additional statement by saying that th Center for Disease Control informed them that the bug needed a host to survive which is not totally true. Details can be forwarded accordingly.
Really would like to get this story out and forewarn consumers of what they are dealing with at this "so-called" resort style hotel.
