My spouse and I were in a car accident in January 2010.The person who hit us from behind, her insurance company offered both myself and my spouse up to 4,000.00 each to cover any medical expenses needed from the accident. There for, from all of the back pain we experienced from the accident, I searched for chiropractors in Atlanta. I came across Back to Back Chiropractic in atlanta, This is a fairly new practice, but after visiting and speaking with doctors; We felt they could really help us. We gave this practice any information they needed to better help them submit insurance claims. My spouse and I both signed an agreement wit Back to Back for a year of service that they offerered for 4,010.00. Back to back Charged ridiculously large amounts to the insurance company to exhaust all monies given of 4,000.00. Now 4 months later, We found out That only one of us has been paid up for the whole amount of 4,000.00 and the insurance company owes 1,300.00 more for my service. The chiropractor will not even give me service for my back injuries, and 3,000.00 was paid upfront. It only costs the insurer 4,000.00 and 3,000.00 was given, why are they cutting me off after 4 months of service and I have paid for most of the year. The only thing this practice is concered about is getting paid. It costs 4,000.00 for a 12 month plan, The issuing insurer gave them 3,000.00, they should be able to continue to service me at least 9 months. They rejected me from seeing any copies of my bill from the time I started. They got paid, and I am left without service and a severe back pain.
