I was supposed to see my ob/gyn but was informed I was terminated from program because of a bill that I never received. I was told not to worry about bill from the doctor and never received any so that I could of paid it. So now because I was terminated once before cause I could not pay, so now that I can pay now and did not receive a bill from the doctor I was terminated permanently from their services. So as of now I can not be seen from any doctor in St. Josephs network due to no fault of my own. The main office told me even though the doctor told me not to worry about the bill cause I have no insurance and have to pay out of pocket expense. I do not think it is right for them to just terminate me for something I had no control over so now I am asking for somebody to help me or refer me to someone or someplace that can help me with my situation.
