Refrigerator is trying to run away - warranty

We bought a new Whirlpool Refrigerator from Lowes back in August of this year. It hasn't worked properly since that day. It runs so much that the freezer keeps getting colder and colder. It has been adjusted to the lowest setting and can't be lowered anymore. They sent out 5 techs and finally changed the thermostat. Weeks later refrigerator had to be adjusted to its lowest setting again and can't be lowered anymore. We have tried to get our money back or exchange and they keep saying nothings wrong with it. Have contacted store and manufacturer, they just lie and blow us off.
