Rec Warehouse was advertising the Reliant 24" above ground swimming pool for $588.00 during Memorial Day sale. I Called them and spoke to salesman Wes who said they did not have any in stock, But they could order them. I ordered a pool and paid $642.39 with tax on June 2, 2010; and I have my receipt where it is paid in full! I was called on June 14, 2010 and told they would not be getting the pool and told me they could offer the next step up at almost $1100.00 cost. If a Company is going to offer a product they should be able to give you a pool at the same cost. I feel like they wanted me to buy the pool with the intention of selling me a pump and filter and since I already had these items from a previous pool I owned, They chose to let someone has the pool to buy the complete package. Please help stop this kind of customer treatment. I would like to be provided a pool for the promised price. Thank You
