EXTREMELY POOR service from the manager named mark. I have had 3 very bad occasions in which mark has EXPLODED at both me and my partner, This man named mark has had numerous complaints against him in the past as I can see on the internet. marks immediate supervisor has supported marks behavior in the 1st two times that mark EXPLODED at both my Partner and myself. The third time this past Friday 2/19/2011 escelladed to the point that I was in extreme fear of my life(no exageration). Jeff the assistant Manager is so very nice and easy to work with, please no one take anything out on him. We gave this business $10,000.00 over the past 4 months and we are treated like dirt by mark. We for ourselves will take our business elsewhere as I do hope all who see this will do also. Anyone who wants to hear the whole story as to the anger that this little boy mark has I will be glad to explain it to them. I am determined to keep this post going for as long as I can. If you know me or have had similar incidences with this kid mark then please tell your friends and family. Have this post go out on every site possible. As was said before Jeff is a great man to work for. mark is, well, you make your own conclusion. We were so very afraid for our liver that we had to run out of there as quickly as possible. I still am considering calling the police and having mark arrested.
There are many other qualified businesses out there. We gave our business because of Jeff, not mark. I will never darken their doorstep until mark is no longer an employee of rec-warehouse. I sign my name Robert. To put matters worse, he sees that I am an individule who is obviously disabled and he still tries to intyimidate and in my opinion attack me. Please all who has any concern, any disability any other place to do nusiness then please do so. Pardon my spelling and my grammer because I am so very shook up by what happened. mark, let this be known, I will have you arrested if you ever approach me, touch me enter my property. That goes for my partner also, stay away from the both of us, I am very afraid of our loves because of you...Robert C.
