Im writng to inform you that I believe I have been the victim of real estate appraisal fruad according to supporting data my home appraised was $36,000 above the highest ever tax assessed value, thru the town of gilford, New Hampshire board or realitor, the census bureau, New Hampshire housing finance authority, real estate market analysis, federal housing finance authority, to further make matters worse, this frugulent appraisalof $260,000 is what my wife ex-husband is using for the basis for his share of equity in the prior marital home, that he in the beginning himself in his own financial affadavid stated the house to be worth only $219,000.The highest ever tax assessed value was $223,500, he original said based on those figueres said we would owe him nothing if we refinance would owe him nothing based on those figueres in would have only been a couple of $1000.00 in stead of the $35,000.00 it work out to be based on the appraisal we had done. My wife ex-husband developed a bad case of amnesia, and said he never made any such aggreement, my wife had no lawyer at the time and was taking advantage do to her and my lack of knowledge of the housing market, We wanted to stay in the home one so her son could finish out high school with his friends he had been going to school with, and secondly so her daughter could have at least one stable home and go to the gilford elementory school because of its outstanding school system, the offer never covered real estate fees for a sales agent or lessor offers to buy the marital home, this all transpired back in middle of 2006 to the beginning of 2007,We all know what happened to the houseing market about the middle of 2007, my wife ex-husband refuses to take any of what has happened into consideration after he turned around and bought a $250,000.00 townhouse in downtown manchester, nh after he moved back here in 2009 from west virgina where he moved to be with his now wife, we live in gilford so why move to manchester if he wanted to be closer to his own daughter makes so sense to me, on top of that he stated requesting to take her on Wednesday nights to manchester and drive her an hour to school on Thursday mornings, as well as what he does on Monday morning every other weekend. he started the Wednesday night visits this years in October
the same month in which the deadline for us to pay him his share of the homes equity, We both believe this is to hard on a seven year old girl, getting extra early and making an 1 hour commute to school, twice a week every other week and once a week on odd weeks, he ssays there nothing we can do to stop him from taking her due to the way the divorce papers are written, I could go on and on but I hopoe you get the just of it, we are now going to court to fight this terrible injustice, i hope someone takes this and showed what a greedy self rightous person we are having to deal with due to the original frudulant appraisal,
