Rascons Are Really Ras-Cons - Car Dealerships

Well I bought the car from Rascons auto sales may 27,2008. 14 Days later the cars engine blew out while me, my girlfriend and are infants where driving. It was late at night so we couldn't call the dealership but that was the 14th day of the warranty. Then the following morning I called Rascons Auto Sales and talked to the owner and one of his employees and they told me to call them the next day and they would give me a reliable upgrade of the car if I gave them 200 more dollars.So I call them the next day and they tell me the warranty is up because it had been 16 days and I talked to them and told them I was going to get a lawyer and they said they would still help me because obviously they knew I called them before the 15th day and I have phone records(this was on a Friday). So then they tell me they are getting knew cars in Monday and to call them then. So Monday comes around and we get the car towed there to trade in and then when we get there they have a sunbird that they where trying to give us which was already on the lot when we bought the Sunbird (the car that broke down.)It was not worth the 850 plus 200 more. Than they tell us to come back the next day and they would have new vehicles. So we asked them to write us a statement saying they would trade in a new car and then it took about 45 minutes before we could even get them to write that they would look at the pontiac (the car we bought that broke down.)So me and my girlfriend talked about it and called them back that afternoon and decided we wanted the firebird because we probably weren't going to get another car from them. Than finally we were told that the firebird had bad breaks and engine problems. But earlier that day we were told it was a reliable car. So we call them the following day and they tell us that they will get new cars in the next day and they hadn't looked at the sunbird. Than they didn't answer there phone for about a week or so. Mean time we were stuck 3 hours away from where we lived with a premature infant who needed medical attention and a 11 month old with no vehicle. So we found a way back to sierra vista where we live and then a couple days later we got a hold of them and told them we were in sierra vista and we wanted a refund since they couldn't give us a car. Than he finally says well we just got in a good car for you guys. So than we told him we would find away back up there that Friday and so we go back up to phoenix and then they didn't answer there phones again. So we went back to sierra vista were we live and started posting things about them. Then we talked with him after calling so many times and not getting a answer and he said they weren't in because there lot was getting paved but yet he told us to come look at the car. Than we were told from someone else that got ripped off from them that there lot was completely emptied(even the pictures on the walls and office was also empied and cars weren't on the lot. So than the owner told us he would send the refund in the mail as soon as we took the last post we put on her (complaint news TV) So we took of the complaint and still have not seen them money. We also have not got the title for the car yet. They did not sign any signatures on the sales paperwork so we don't know there names. All we have is the names of 1 employee who signed 2 different other things with 2 different names. We have called them everyday and they have not answered there phone so we don't know where the sunbird we bought is. We can't drive back up to phoenix because they have literally took every last dime out of us with paying for the car,than getting it towed 2 times,than driving back and forth from sierra vista to phoenix and the stuff we had put into the car to try to get it running again. Not to mention missing are appointment and everything they put us threw and now we are hurting bad because we don't have a car to take us to are kids doctors appointment, so we have to pay for cab rides there and cab rides everywhere else.We are hurting so bad and we don't know what to do at this point.If you no anything about this or can help at all please email me at angel_ashley185@hotmail.com
