On November 7,2007 my husband and I purchased a play set for our children which was their christmas present. It was to be delivered when we moved into our new home. We are almost ready to move into our new home so when I called the company it was sold and the new owner said he has no records of my purchase. Then I faxed over a copy of my invoice and he said well how do I know you didn't already receive it. First of all it is a 25' ft play system for the backyard and it was to be delivered late may early June when I called them for delivery dates. So, I called to set up a delivery date and now I can't receive my children's christmas present, which was a total of $4090.61 In funds.
