Quality Foods - Is it really - Food delivery service

In June of 2009 we purchased a house in Long Beach California and soon thereafter we began receiving phone calls from Quality Foods. We accepted their invitation to come to our house and sell their product. The stated they would provide us the food we agreed upon and would contact us after two months to make sure we had made the right decisions and check if we wanted to make any trades. Around September I began calling them because we had not heard from them and finally I got in touch with the representative that had originally come to the house. He apologized and stated that someone would be contacting us for an appointment. They did call about four days later and we made an appointment. An appointment they never showed up for. We have been calling Quality Foods ever since and get nowwhere. Meanwhile the bill continues to show up at our door because the financials are handled by a different company. We want to call them to tell them to come and get all the rest of the food and stop the contract because obviously we are not happy with their service but we cannot get them to respond. Can you help?

We have the same problem with this company. I am searching for a lawyer forr a free consult on this problem for contract violation.

we were told by a lawyer that the best chance we have to get back any money for the lack of service and not recieving the food that was placed on back order is small claims. Unless we can get a few people together with the same problem for a class action lawsuit. To do this we need a claim worth over $7,500.

We are also having the same problem. We received an initial order back in June 2009. Finally, in August we received a backorder shipment. I have tried since August to contact Quality Foods, to no avail. The owner, Tony does not call back, there is no longer an answering machine to leave a message, and the representative Brett does not return our calls. I also am being billed by two seperate finance companies that the owner took money from to finance my account. I supposedly owe over $10,000 for food I never received and an empty freezer. I would love to take legal action against Quality Foods. I am currently doing research and talking to as many individuals as possible to take care of this matter legally.
