In June of 2009 we purchased a house in Long Beach California and soon thereafter we began receiving phone calls from Quality Foods. We accepted their invitation to come to our house and sell their product. The stated they would provide us the food we agreed upon and would contact us after two months to make sure we had made the right decisions and check if we wanted to make any trades. Around September I began calling them because we had not heard from them and finally I got in touch with the representative that had originally come to the house. He apologized and stated that someone would be contacting us for an appointment. They did call about four days later and we made an appointment. An appointment they never showed up for. We have been calling Quality Foods ever since and get nowwhere. Meanwhile the bill continues to show up at our door because the financials are handled by a different company. We want to call them to tell them to come and get all the rest of the food and stop the contract because obviously we are not happy with their service but we cannot get them to respond. Can you help?
