Puma Complaint

Puma called their customers the "Bad Apples" - Shoes

- Online
Help the tens of thousands of customers who were robbed on December 3, 2010 by PUMA. During their "Friends and Families" weekend sale, from December 3, 2010 through December 6, 2010, there were four coupon codes that went out online for 40% off each item in your order. Their system allowed the coupons to be stackable for a 40% x 40% x 40% x 40% discount on each item of your entire order.

On December 5, 2010 they canceled over 10,000 orders. These orders were confirmed and paid for. Instead of admitting their mistakes, they have pointed finger at these consumers and call them the "Bad Apples". Here are their exact words:

"We hear you loud and clear, and are truly sorry about your experience. Due to some folks violating the t&cs of our promotion by stacking multiple coupon codes, we had to cancel online orders made over the past weekend. We don't want a few bad apples to ruin the whole batch, so we're trying to help "make good" ...... or at least better in our fans' eyes. "
