Property Management / Board of Managers Complaint

Townhouse Parking - GROUP I -

- Homes At Suffern Group I
In 2008 a new parking edict introduced by our Condo
Board of Managers that allows for one parking spot per owner. Owners with cars registered to their address are
allowed as many spaces as they require - so gushed our Board Prez.

Having two parking spots for all of my 32 years of living
in this Rockland complex and having but one car- made a plea to the Board to hold on to my two contigious spots - for myself naturally, and the other, for my son, aged sister and entertainer friend when they visit.

A web page in which I've documented the pleas and steps
taken thus far to get back my spot #285 - a spot now
occupied by a Priviliged one (since April 28, 2008), whose already assigned spot #291 - he deemed unsuitable and now remains vacant - except when he parks to bring shopping with his partner to the back of her condo home.

Being in our mid 70s they seem to view us as easy pickins.
Perhaps it had to do with our place of origin as well.

Another, a Priviliged person with a similar situation to ours seems unaffected - we see her car as per usual with her spare parking slot. When my wife had mentioned our situation to her and she being of (in-harmony) with her #291 friend uttered a rebuff or something to the effect that "I have no such need to retain." One who goes to away for winter. Birds of a feather. A member of the Board
living a few doors away is happy with the new arrangement -he needing four slots.
