Isaacs & Isaacs Complaint

Proftting from pain and suffering

On July, 2009 I was involved in a one care auto accident. I received a broken rib and the bones in my left foot was supposedly crushed in the wreck. I had two surgeries on my foot. My insurance company wrote me and told me that I was elgible for pain and suffering. I contacted Isaacs & Isaacs. One of the Attorney's with the law firm advised me to take the $50,000 that was offered since it was my insurance company. She told me that I would get $33,000. They would get 33% which came out to be approximately $16,000. My medical insurance received their pay I am assuming and Isaccs & Isaacs received their pay. I called and asked the Attorney who worked my case to see if she could send me something showing where the money went. I did not hear from her. I do not feel that I was treated fairly or equally. I had my third surgey on my foot March, 2011 and I am left with mounting bills from the surgery. I did not receive anything for my pain and suffering. I feel like Isaacs & Isaacs profitted off my pain and suffering and left me to suffer even more from the mental anguish they has caused me.

Is there any remedy to this problem. Please help.
