Priebe's CARSTAR Collision Center Franchise Defrauds Woman - She Uses Internet V - Autobody Shop

I had my car towed in for an estimate. Instead of giving mean estimate, the shop repaired my vehicle without authorization, and charged me $6000.
When I complained about it, I was told to borrow money to pay for it. I offered a payment plan because I thought I was legally responsible. The payment plan was denied.
Further research shows that the company was in violation of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.
I can't afford an attorney so I have been fighting back online with over 1000 people following my story on YouTube.
I am also pressing criminal charges for fraud, conversion and theft of plates. The next step will be bringing the lawsuit against the national company and the franchise.

I am the party involved in this whole situation.
The incident is resolved. Mr. Priebe, being a good businessman, understood the plight of the customer and we understood his. A mutual agreement was established where all were satisfied and happy.
Priebe's Collission Center in Medina does excellent auto body work.
If you have a damaged vehicle, have Priebe's contact your insurance company, and your car will be fixed as good as new in no time.
My word is my bond.
