Premiere Escrow Services, Inc. Complaint

Have you used Premiere Escrow Services and not hung up the phone in frustration? I had to use them with relation to a property sale in the DOminican, and I always felt so frustrated when I got off the phone.
I think the people at Premiere Escrow Services are some of the rudest people I have had the 'pleasure' to speak with.
When I asked about my balance, they basically told me that I had to speak to another sales representative to find that out.. That made no sense to me, and I just got the feeling they were trying to pass me off to someone else.
Premiere Escrow should go to Customer Service school to be better sales agents.
