in February of this year my wife and I found ourselves in dire straits. one of our social security checks had mis directed the wrong bank, this left us short on the rent!we called the agency listed above and spoke to an hispanic lady named rosa. she seemed willing to help in the beggining, but at the end of the day she showed her true colors, buy accusing of wasting money on things we don't need and because we are caucasian we don't need any assistance!too bad if we get evicted or don't have enough to eat!don't call we will call you. as you can see here this agency offers a lot, but in the end they don't deliver!the above case worker should be terminated, hung out to dry in the wind, then deported back where she came from
