I phone to contest the ticket, the representative stated the attendant could not see the ticket clearly. I wish they would try harder or at least give the benefit of doubt. The ticket was issued 20 minutes after I purchased my kiosk receipt (purchased 1:19pm | issued 1:39pm)expiation 2:42pm.
So I am to send in a copy of the receipt with the ticket. We'll see what happens.
Why is there no oversite for this organization? Why hasn't a class action suit been filed? Even if you allow for the disgruntled with no real case, it would appear (by doing a simple search on the net) that there are to many complaints for the PPA not to be held more accountable.
