Pepco Complaint

Pepco dispatched services crew to my home April 10, 2010. for removeal of tree branches off of power lines on my property. Crew damaged area around weather-head and siding to my home. Pepco's claim department denied my claim.

Resolution to the matter would be, Pepco could dispatch crew for repair of damage with no cost using their in house resources, in turn I could sign an agreement to reslove Pepco of fault. This remedy would be fair and just to all parties.

And if you take my case that would be my goal.
