Purchased mattress at Sears May 2010.
Left on vacation.
Discovered mattress slanted on each side.
Called Sears to ask about return policy.
Was told that I had missed the 30 day limit--thought a warranty was a warranty.
Was to told to call a mattress inspecting company that charges $35 to come to the house.
Called the manufacturer--was told that they don't guarantee comfort. I told them that I thought that Postupedic was synonymous with comfort. The response was that it would probably get worse.
Mattress is not well constructed--raised area up near the head of the mattress and the stitching is very crooked.
Have had two back surgeries and this is not helping.
What are my options?
