posing as an architect - DIY House kit

A man in Walpole NH has been posing as an architect for nearly 20 years. He has duped hundreds of people into buying his "DIY House Kit". He claims to be a graduate of MIT. He fooled me. I purchased a kit house from him only to discover that he has a highschool education and can barely draw at all. I am out $63,000 and still have not received the entire kit. The State of NH looks the other way. The Office of the AG has no interest in him. Better Business has no interest. I can't even find a lawyer to take him to court.
