Portfolio Recovery Ass. Inc Complaint

These people are calling my home even on Sunday evenings at 8:49 pm saying they are trying to collect a debt for a credit card from 1999 but after telling them I didn't have this card they said fees accumulated over the years and I need to pay them and they are going to call me every night until I do. Well they call They laugh at me when I aske them to not call. I don't think this is good PR for the card company.
