I went to Audi of Downtown Los Angeles to test drive a vehicle. I went home with the 2011 Porche Cayenne due to persistent car salesman. The cayenne was a joke! The brakes were not working properly and the the navigation system is not functioning. They never fixed the problem, when I asked them if I can return the car, they told me that I cannot return it anymore. They never fixed the problem. Second, the financial department has breached their contract. They billed me twice in a month, and they refused to refund my payment until I complained to the BBB. I complained last January 5, and I finally got my check today, January 20. What happened between Jan. 5 - January 20? How come it took that long to return MY MONEY!They sent me a check, and wanted me to go to the bank to cash it - It's a hassle. First of all, I did not authorized them to take money from me, and they have been given me a hard time. I hope those people will not die tonight - they will go straight to hell. To hell with Porsche. They're bunch of theives, deceivers, evil!!!
